by Heather Cahill
NBC

They're the characters that support the star, but they still play important roles! You'll find them where the main character goes, doing things that the main character is doing, and even in their own homes.

Minor characters are used all the time in television. Many will show up briefly, and then disappear, sometimes forever. However, they are still important to the show! Which minor sitcom character is the most memorable to you?

Do you know which sitcom Neal Tanner is from? What about Skip Hollings or Angie McDaniel? Maybe you can name the sitcom that Prudence Goddard was in? These characters had different personalities and roles that impacted the shows that they were in. Some may have had larger roles than others, but they always had a reason for being there.

Do you know which sitcom you would find Buck in? What about the sitcom that Lucky is in? Some characters weren't even human! Many of them had pets that made minor appearances throughout the series, adding to the story.

The '80s were a time of some of the best sitcoms ever made. So, if you think you're an expert on '80s sitcoms, this quiz is the perfect way to test how much you truly know. Take the quiz and see if you can get a high score!
