About This Quiz

The Walt Disney company was founded by Roy and Walt Disney back in 1923 but as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio. The idea was for the brothers to establish themselves as one of the pioneers of American animation, which they managed to do. The brothers may not have known it at the time, but they would soon be responsible for giving the world one of the largest multimedia corporations on the planet.

For decades, Disney has been, dare we say, the leader in animated movies, not just in the United States, but also around the world. They have also ventured into live-action films, which have also been major successes if you take "The Pirates of the Caribbean" and "High School Musical" franchises seriously. And with over 500 films under their belt, it's easy to see why quizzes like this one are being made about them.

So, we want to test how much you know about Disney movies. Because there's so much material, we're eliminating the live-action films, the theme park trivia and all the cartoons (non-films) from our quiz. We're going to test you on the most popular animated movies that really made a name for Disney and continue to do so. Are you ready to find out just how much you know?
