Emilio Estevez originally auditioned for the role of John Bender, however, John Hughes couldn't find anyone to play Andrew Clarke, so he recast Estevez.

Bender speaks this line to Claire after she flips him the 'bird." She responds by saying that she's not 'that pristine'...
