Power Rangers is an American entertainment franchise was based on a live action superhero television series, which in turn was based on the Super Sentai superhero team from the Japanese tokusatsu franchise. The first television series made its debut in August of 1993, and between then and now, the franchise became one of the most successful in the world.

The series is about to start its 26th season, and just like in previous seasons, whether the rangers are new or recurring characters, they all revolve around a group of teenagers who are recruited and trained by a mentor in order to become the Power Rangers - a group of heroes who defends Earth from various threats. Each person is different, and they all wear different colors to represent their role in the group.
