About This Quiz

Ready to hit whatever this quiz throws at you for six?

Cricket is a very old sport, tracing its history back to the 16th century and quite possibly from even long before then as well! While it was historically only confined to England (and maybe some minor instances in the rest of Europe) during this time, the subsequent expansion of the British Empire led to cricket being adopted in several other countries around the world. While the ICC (International Cricket Council) has over 100 members, only twelve of them are recognized as full members. These twelve teams are the ones that produced the best cricket players, as you will undoubtedly see from the names on this quiz!

Cricket is a complex sport, and any list of the best cricketers will always be filled with a wide variety of players. From the batsmen who send the balls flying and score the runs; to the bowlers who master speed and spin; or the all-rounders who are jack-of-all-trades, our famous cricket players quiz has it all! So, are you ready to get out there and hit every question for six? Then c'mon, get your bat and start swinging at our famous cricket players quiz!
