About This Quiz

Welcome one and all to another round of the battle of the car brands. Today, the Japanese are going against the Germans in an Acura versus BMW quiz. Can you tell us the differences between the brand that has been in existence for over 100 and the one that has just a third of that experience? Let's find out!

Acura, whose parent company is Honda, is relatively new to the automotive game, with just over 30 years of experience in the field. In the US, they have been averaging sales of about 150,000 units every year. A fun fact about Acura is that they've been in partnership with Marvel since 2010 and have featured their cars in "Iron Man 2," "Captain America: The First Avenger" and a few other movies.

Not many people know this, but BMW stands for Bayerische Motoren Werke, or Bavarian Motor Works, in English. This German company has been in existence for over a hundred years and shows no signs of slowing down, especially with their heavy involvement in motorsports and their over $6 billion (Euro) income.

So if you think you can tell the difference between how the Germans and Japanese do luxury, take our quiz! Maybe you'll work for one of them one day.
